Job Description

Head of US Datacentres (contract desk)

$110,000 – $140,000 base plus strong bonus

New York City | Hybrid

The Head of US Datacentres will guide an established function, manage an experienced team while expanding client reach and driving national growth across contract hiring.

Role Highlights

  • Lead and develop two existing contract recruiters while expanding coverage across priority US markets
  • Drive new contract business while strengthening relationships with national enterprise clients
  • Align goals and strategy with global leadership to maximize market penetration
  • Elevate team performance using data-driven coaching, accurate forecasting, and streamlined workflows
  • Scale a contract-focused, market-leading datacentre practice with significant growth runway over the next 6 - 24 months

You Will Need

  • 4 - 8 years of full-desk recruitment experience within contract Energy, Tech, Life Sciences, Engineering, or Accounting and Finance
  • Datacentre or adjacent infrastructure sector experience would be a huge bonus
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing billing teams
  • Ability to design and execute growth plans that deliver predictable contract revenue
  • Strong commercial judgment and ease working with senior-level decision-makers
  • Experience coaching and developing recruiters in a scaling, performance-oriented environment
  • A proactive, ambitious approach with the professionalism to influence senior leadership
