Position: Executive Office Administrator (Real Estate Focused)

Location: Buckhead, GA | Full-Time | In-Office

About the Role

We're looking for more than just an Office Manager — we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives on structure, and is passionate about real estate. As the Executive Office Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our operations. You'll work side-by-side with our team, playing a critical role in driving the business forward through operational excellence and administrative leadership.

This isn’t a back-office role — you’ll be in the mix, learning the business, supporting key deals, and helping build a company. If you love being organized, solving problems, and want to grow with a team that moves fast and thinks big, this is a great role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run day-to-day operations of the office with precision and initiative
  • Support deal-related tasks, real estate filings, and internal processes
  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, meetings, and travel
  • Coordinate with brokers, vendors, clients, and partners professionally
  • Keep the office running efficiently — from supplies to systems
  • Take ownership of special projects that support company growth
  • Help us build and maintain a culture of excellence and accountability

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a high-level administrative or operations role is a bonus
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Passion for real estate or experience in a real estate-focused environment
  • Positive attitude, self-starter mentality, and eagerness to grow
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
