What You’ll Be Responsible For:

This is not an entry-level role. You’re expected to lead from the front — both strategically and in the field.

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and grow successful teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Naturally driven, coachable , and highly accountable
• A clear sense of ownership, performance, and personal growth
