Job Summary: We are seeking a Clinical Risk Manager to oversee our clinical risk management program. This role involves administering the program, managing risk data, conducting educational programs, and ensuring compliance with JCAHO and regulatory standards to promote patient safety and enhance quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and administer risk management systems.
• Perform risk assessments and review claims data.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement safety procedures.
• Investigate and report patient care incidents.
• Provide in-service education on risk management topics.
• Lead and motivate staff in clinical risk management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital risk management and clinical quality management.
• 5 years of clinical experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred:

• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
