The Massachusetts General Hospital Development Office seeks a Digital Producer for a 6-month contract position covering a parental leave (April-September 2025). The Digital Producer reports to the Senior Director of Digital Communications and also works in close partnership the Senior Director of Digital Marketing.
The Digital Producer is an integral member of the Development Office’s digital marketing program and plays a critical role in producing digital marketing campaigns, managing digital assets and content, and developing marketing automation workflows. The Producer works closely with the Communications team to translate content and requirements into effective marketing, using marketing automation and website management tools.
The ideal candidate will have experience with marketing automation, web publishing, and email marketing tools, and possess high level of creativity, initiative, and energy. Experience with basic video editing is a plus but not required. The candidate will also be an exceptional individual contributor as well as a team player with a strong sense of professional ethics, and the ability to work effectively in a large, complex, dynamic, and sophisticated organization.

Primary Responsibilities
Qualifications
A minimum of 3-5 years related technical experience required; experience in technology and interactive marketing required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Previous contract experience preferred.
