West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences seek a Board Eligible/Board Certified Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Specialist for an exciting opportunity at our thriving academic hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia. The successful candidate will serve as the Chief, Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and the Medical Director, Center for Reproductive Medicine . In addition to overseeing the administrative, clinical, and educational activities of the REI program and service, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in teaching WVU medical students and residents.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license. A successful candidate must have completed an OB/GYN residency program, as well as an REI fellowship, and must be board certified/eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.

Established in 2002, the WVU Medicine Center for Reproductive Medicine has grown into the largest infertility center in the state , serving the entire state of West Virginia and beyond. In addition, our technologically advanced Center for Reproductive Medicine is embarking on a groundbreaking multimillion-dollar expansion that more than doubles the current clinic and lab space. WVU infertility practice has an IVF pregnancy rate that exceeds national success rates.

The West Virginia University Health System (WVU Medicine) is West Virginia’s largest health system and the state’s largest private employer. The System has undergone significant expansion in specialty and sub-specialty care in areas such as women’s health, cancer, heart and vascular, and neuroscience, among many others. The Health System operates West Virginia’s first and only multi-organ transplant center, and opened a new, 150-bed Children’s Hospital in September 2022.
