We are hiring a Robotic Weld Engineer. In this role you will manage the development and implementation process of the company’s products and services. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints. This job manages specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end. The qualified candidate must have welding experience.

** Day in the life of the candidate – goal/purpose of the role: The robot builds the CAD for new model school bus, first time using robotic welders in plant. We are seeking someone to program, troubleshoot, diagnose problems, reprogram, retrain for new releases, parts and optimize the cell station time to remove unwanted tasks in the program**
