The ideal candidate will be responsible for building an outsourced outbound call center of 40-50 people. You'll also develop the sales plans, tactics, and processes for multiple channels including a national network of showrooms in the home remodeling market, an on-line platform for remodeling and home renovation, penetration of commercial markets with builders, developers, designers, multi-family operators, and hospitality.
