The team at Paco's Tacos & Tequila is seeking dynamic to go servers to join our high volume, scratch kitchen and help us maintain our reputation as one of the best Tex-Mex restaurants for years to come.

Key Responsibilities of the To Go Server:

• Answer phone calls promptly and accurately in a friendly and professional manner.
• Execute orders from guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all items are included and accurately priced.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests about menu items, promotions, and specials.
• Process payment transactions accurately and securely.
• Ensure proper packaging of orders to maintain quality and freshness for guests during pickup.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team, communicating special requests or changes as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service and food service are preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in taking orders.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
