Integration Analyst II

Location: Irving, TX (100% Onsite)

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking an Integration Analyst II to support our client’s Technical Integration Team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with integration technologies and healthcare messaging formats, playing a key role in designing, developing, and delivering integration solutions that support enterprise-level initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with project teams to analyze, design, and implement technical integration solutions involving message movement, transformation, and translation. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to design and develop technical integration solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into detailed messaging specifications.
• Develop and support message movement, translation, and integration solutions.
• Perform gap analyses on customer messaging specifications and document findings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to message transformations and data flows.
• Communicate effectively with customers and vendors to clarify message format requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for reference, training, and support.
• Support integration and system testing processes.
• Write translation plans and manage migration of development work across environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in systems integration or related technical roles.
• Prior experience working with integration tools such as Diplomat , Microsoft SSIS , Informatica PowerCenter , or IBM Integration Bus .
• Strong knowledge of clinical and financial healthcare messaging standards.
• Proficiency with data formats commonly used in healthcare integration, including HL7 , EDI , CSV , and XML .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical details in business terms.
