Job Description

Our client, a luxury fashion brand , is looking to hire a Temporary IT Store Technician (Level 2) to join the team onsite in Miami, Florida. This is a full-time, temporary position that will start immediately and continue for 3-6 months. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling to the local stores for IT support.

Job Duties Include:

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems in a retail environment.
• Handle all service requests in a timely and effective manner from stores, including setup of store workstations and relocation of IT devices.
• Manage backlog of incidents and requests, ensuring all tickets are kept up to date with accurate and detailed information.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to L3 support teams.
• Resolve issues remotely for other stores located in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil regions when not providing support in-person.

Job Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of experience in IT support within a retail environment.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• ServiceNow and ITSM tool experience is a MUST.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems, particularly Cegid Y2.
• PowerBI, Microsoft Office experience a plus.
• Committed to delivering high-quality service with a customer centric approach.
• Valid driver’s license and car for travelling to stores in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.

Salary: $25-35/hr paid weekly
