Solution Engineer – Transition to Sales Executive with contactSPACE!

About the Role 

As a Solution Engineer transitioning into Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging technical expertise with sales strategy. You’ll work closely with management, account executives (AEs), and customer success managers (CSMs) throughout the sales process and customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with partner teams during sales processes to understand customer needs and craft tailored solutions. 

- Solve complex challenges and provide guidance as the “Go-To” expert for technical queries. 

- Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase contactSPACE’s capabilities effectively. 

- Map customer processes and tools to identify opportunities for productivity improvement through contactSPACE implementation. 

- Provide expertise in integrations, APIs, and webhooks while learning how to position these solutions in sales discussions. 

- Champion the product roadmap internally and externally through conversations with prospects and clients. 

- Prepare and deliver proposals, be involved fully in the sales process.
