Job Description

Social Worker (LMSW, LCSW, LPC)

Location: Union Springs, AL

Shift: Days

Guaranteed Hours: 40/week

Hourly Pay Rate: $50- $55 (Traveler)

Qualifications:

Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
State licensure or certification as a Behavioral Health Professional
Experience in conducting therapy sessions and behavioral interventions
Knowledge of art therapy, gender issues counseling, and psychopharmacology is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care

Duties:

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
Provide individual and group therapy sessions
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Monitor and evaluate clients' progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
