💲 Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $145,000 – $185,000
• Bonus: 20–30% Annual Performance Bonus
• Equity: $50,000 – $100,000 in Stock Grants

🚀 About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic vision and execution for one of our core product lines in the foot & ankle medical device space. This is a high-impact leadership role that spans from ideation and market research to product launch and lifecycle management.

You’ll work closely with top surgeons, R&D, and executive leadership to drive innovation, bring new products to market, and shape the future of our business.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Product Roadmap : Develop and execute long-term product strategies and short-term tactical plans.
• Drive New Product Commercialization : From concept to market — manage the entire process including voice of customer, surgeon collaboration, and go-to-market execution.
• Market Positioning : Develop compelling positioning and messaging for new and existing products.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Manufacturing, and Operations to ensure customer-centric product development.
• Surgeon Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the foot & ankle field.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis : Stay ahead of the curve with continuous market surveillance and trend forecasting.
• Marketing & Events : Lead tradeshow strategies, advertising campaigns, and marketing collateral development.
• Product Performance Analysis : Evaluate product success through data and feedback to determine continued investment or discontinuation.
• P&L Focused : Contribute to short and long-term revenue planning and track performance to ensure profitability.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in product management within medical devices (foot & ankle experience is a plus)
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work onsite and travel as needed for fieldwork, tradeshows, and surgeon meetings
