As a Senior Corporate Paralegal , you will play a critical role in providing legal support, managing agreements, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. What You’ll Do:

• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements across the organization.
• Conduct complex legal research to support case strategies and regulatory compliance.
• Manage legal cases from inception to resolution, tracking deadlines and documentation.
• Develop and maintain efficient workflows for contract management and approvals.
• Assist with corporate governance, legal filings, and document preparation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain legal templates to streamline transactions.
• Monitor and refine legal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (Paralegal certification required).
• 5+ years of experience in a paralegal role.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, agreements, and regulatory compliance .
• Expertise in legal research, contract review, and corporate governance .
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• High level of professionalism, motivation, and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in legal software, contract lifecycle management (CLM), and Microsoft Office Suite .
