Job Description

We are hiring for our client in the packaging industry.

Duration: 6 months

Location: Lansing, MI

Job Responsibilities:

• Support sales team with customer interactions and workflow management.
• Track, analyze, and report sales data and metrics.
• Maintain and update customer records with each interaction.
• Process and verify customer orders, including payment authorization.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations.
• Investigate and resolve order or inventory issues.
• Communicate customer inquiries and complaints for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with supply chain guidelines.
• Assist customers and sales representatives as needed.
• Meet monthly and yearly accuracy and productivity targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 5 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime if needed.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to perform job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
