Core Objectives :

Market Expansion:

  • Identify and analyze potential new market segments for boxes, bags, compacts, and metal goods by conducting market research and competitor analysis.
  • Develop a targeted marketing strategy to reach out to and capture new client demographics within these identified segments.

Client Acquisition:

  • Establish a pipeline for onboarding new clients by creating customized outreach programs that highlight the benefits of partnering with us for design and development support.
  • Aim to acquire new clients within the first year by leveraging our unique design capabilities.

Design and Development Support:

  • Provide comprehensive design and development support for new clients, including initial concept, prototypes, and design revisions, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Implement a feedback loop with clients to refine designs based on their input, resulting in a 90% satisfaction rate for the design process.

Sales Strategy Implementation:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create detailed project timelines, competitive quotes, and sample development for our existing line of business at MG New York.
  • Set quarterly sales targets for both new and existing clients and establish metrics to measure progress and success.
  1. Project Management:
  • Establish a structured project management system to track timelines, quotes, and sample progress, ensuring timely delivery of proposals and prototypes to clients.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to assess overall progress against goals and make necessary adjustments to strategies and timelines.
  1. Cross-Department Collaboration:
  • Foster collaboration between sales, design, and development teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in client support.
  • Schedule bi-weekly meetings to discuss current projects, share insights, and address any challenges related to client acquisition and product development.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Sales
  2. Development up to Business Award inclusive of Submissions, Standards and final approvals
  3. Design
  4. Progress reports: Bi-Monthly 

Sales Goal

  1.  3.5 million ( first 2 years)

 Work from home:

  1. 3 months training would require in office attendance
  2. Office as needed and to be developed based on business Suggestion to be 3 days a week

Desired Skills and Experience:

 

  • Ability to generate new accounts
  • Microsoft Office(specifically: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in related industry
  • Knowledge in core categories of Boxes, Bags, Injection Molding, Printing, Metal Goods is a Plus
