Antone's Famous Po' Boys has been serving delicious, authentic Po' boys and unique comfort food for over 60 years. We pride ourselves on our quality ingredients, exceptional service, and our roots in Louisiana and Mediterranean culinary traditions. Our goal is to share Antone's sandwiches throughout Texas and surrounding States and are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our brand and drive growth.

Position Overview:

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the marketing and sales team and driving sales growth for Antone's Famous Po' Boys. This dynamic role involves a mix of customer service, sales support, marketing execution, and brand awareness initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and results-driven, with a deep understanding of the foodservice industry and local market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Process and coordinate daily foodservice orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, including corporate clients and local businesses.
• Track sales metrics and performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional offers and packages.

Marketing Campaigns:

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
• Work with the company's third party marketing agencies to create content (e.g., social media posts, email newsletters, flyers, etc.) to promote products, events, and specials in our local restaurants and foodservice customers. 
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Coordinate event marketing efforts, including food festivals, pop-ups, and other community events.

Brand Awareness & Community Engagement:

• Willingness to help represent Antone's at local events and in community outreach programs.
• Work with local influencers and media to promote Antone’s and generate buzz in the community.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries on various platforms, ensuring positive brand perception.

Administrative Duties:

• Assist with the creation and management of marketing calendars and schedules.
• Maintain inventory of marketing materials and promotional items.
• Help manage internal communication between the marketing team and other departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in consumer branding, sales ,marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A passion for food, hospitality, and consumer brand development.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and local businesses.

Position Overview:

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is a  full-time position  that requires working regular office hours at our home office in Houston. While some flexibility may be offered for specific tasks, the coordinator will be expected to be in the office during standard business hours to collaborate with the team, coordinate events, and manage day-to-day operations, with the expectation of possibly attending local or regional events, client meetings as needed.
