• Wages: $18–$22 per hour

How you’ll contribute

• Execute routine and corrective maintenance across units and common areas: plumbing, electrical, drywall/carpentry repair, and painting.
• Turn vacant units quickly and cleanly to meet move-in timelines.
• Uphold curb appeal—organized common spaces, landscaping, and parking areas.
• Perform daily property checks; address after-hours maintenance emergencies as assigned.
• Participate in inspections at move-in, move-out, and on a bi-annual schedule.
• Manage tools and materials; maintain accurate inventory.
• Obtain and compare vendor quotes/bids; coordinate as needed for specialty services.

What it takes to excel

• Broad familiarity with building trades: electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.
• Proven ability to perform general apartment maintenance and repairs.
• Professional communication—clear writing and respectful, direct dialogue.
• Independent work style with strong relationship-building skills.
• Capability to safely complete physically demanding tasks.
• Possession or ability to obtain insecticide/hazardous material applications permit.
• Valid California driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance.
• Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Education & Experience

Any combination equivalent to sufficient experience, training, and/or education.
