Registered Nurse (RN) – IVF Clinic

Location: New York City, NY

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Daytime Hours)

Setting: Ambulatory / Fertility & Reproductive Health

About the Role

A leading IVF and fertility clinic in NYC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join its collaborative care team. This role is primarily non-clinical and ideal for an RN with a strong background in IVF or reproductive endocrinology who excels in care coordination, patient education, and triage.

The RN will serve as a key point of contact for patients throughout their fertility journey, providing guidance, education, and clinical support in a fast-paced but supportive outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage patient calls, portal messages, and emails related to IVF cycles, medications, symptoms, and treatment plans
• Provide patient education on IVF protocols, medication administration, cycle timelines, and next steps
• Coordinate care between physicians, advanced practice providers, embryology, and administrative teams
• Review lab results and treatment plans and communicate updates to patients per provider direction
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Support cycle management, scheduling, and follow-up care
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience

Qualifications:

• Active New York State RN license (required)
• Prior IVF / fertility / reproductive endocrinology experience (required)
• Strong triage, clinical judgment, and patient communication skills
• Comfortable working in a primarily desk-based, non-procedural role
• Experience with EMR systems and high-volume patient communication
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Experience:

• Prior outpatient or ambulatory care experience
• Familiarity with IVF medications, stimulation cycles, retrievals, and transfers
• Experience working with patient portals and telephonic triage
