Recruiting Manager – Technology Talent Solutions - 3-4 Days ONSITE Southfield MI

What You’ll Do:

• Grow and Lead : Develop a strong client base and uncover new business opportunities through engaging video, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Be a Trusted Advisor : Introduce our services to new and existing clients, helping them solve hiring challenges with strategic talent solutions.
• Recruit Top Talent : Identify, evaluate, and place skilled technology professionals in full-time roles that align with their goals and expertise.
• Deliver Excellence : Provide outstanding service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience.
• Guide Careers : Offer consistent communication and career coaching to candidates, helping them navigate their professional journeys.
• Build Community : Represent our brand at industry events and trade associations to expand our presence and build meaningful connections.

What You Bring:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems , or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in an IT-related role or proven success in permanent placement recruiting.
• A track record of results , strong communication skills, and a high sense of urgency.
• The ability to leverage your tech knowledge to grow business and build trust with clients and candidates.
