Project Manager – Product Development 

Location: High Point, North Carolina
Work Arrangement: Hybrid. Must live within commuting distance

We are currently looking for a Project Manager – Product Development who thrives on organization, collaboration, and thoughtful execution.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll be the engine behind our product development process—managing timelines, tracking progress, and coordinating the many moving parts that turn great ideas into beautiful, buildable solutions.

• Use tools like Asana to organize, track, and report on product development projects
• Manage cross-functional collaboration between Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
• Facilitate bi-weekly New Product Development alignment meetings
• Guide products from initial concept through launch and into end-of-life
• Continuously refine and improve our internal project templates and processes

What You Bring:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a product or design-focused company
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• High comfort with tools like Asana, Slack, Google Drive (or similar)
• Clear and confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• A passion for design, teamwork, and making a positive impact

Bonus Points If You:

• Have a background in the furniture industry, design, manufacturing, or product development
• Are energized by sustainable practices and want to help scale impact reduction
• Embrace ambiguity with a “how might we?” mindset
• Bring positivity, humor, and humility to your work
