About the Job-

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our North Houston team! This position is ideal for someone who is a great multitasker, thrives on organization, and loves keeping projects running smoothly. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support our project management team throughout all phases of construction — from pre-construction to closeout. You’ll help maintain schedules, track budgets, manage documentation, and ensure seamless communication between clients, subcontractors, and our internal teams.

Experience in construction is a big plus!

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling, procurement, and tracking project progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Help manage submittals, RFIs, and other project communications through Procore .
  • Attend job walks, site visits, and project meetings as needed.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical project files to support compliance and audit readiness.
  • Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction or a project support role, preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (Procore preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
