Title: Contract Product Owner – Document Management Migration (Commercial Banking)

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 6 - 9 months contract

Overview:

We are seeking a Contract Product Owner to support the upcoming migration to a new document management platform within the Commercial Banking space. This role begins in June and plays a critical part in coordinating business readiness post-requirements gathering.

Role Summary:

The selected candidate will join the broader Product Owner team overseeing document management platforms, taking ownership of all aspects tied to the Commercial Banking line of business . While reporting into the product function within the Corporate & Investment Banking operations team, this individual will primarily engage with Commercial Banking stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison across 10+ business groups , ensuring effective communication during the migration effort.
• Facilitate and lead weekly coordination calls , managing updates, identifying blockers, and escalating issues where needed.
• Serve as the main point of contact for inter-team communication – translating status updates, addressing delays, and ensuring readiness across units.
• Perform routine tasks in Excel , including data tracking and content management-related activities.
• Create and maintain basic system content to support onboarding and migration activities.
• Maintain strong organizational practices to manage timelines, deliverables, and progress updates.
