Job Description

FCP Euro is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pickup Center Associate to join our team.  Pickup Center Associates are the face of FCP Euro’s Brand. They live and breathe the FCP Euro framework when providing the industry’s best customer experience from our customer-centric Experience Center. The Pickup Center Associate assists customers with sales, returns, diagnosis, and basic peace of mind to help FCP Euro customers maintain their vehicle(s) efficiently.  The Pickup Center Associate is also responsible for packing and preparing customer orders for pickup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides exceptional customer service
• Assists with finding parts, placing orders, diagnosing problems, and answering questions about customer accounts, returns, Lifetime Replacement Guarantee, and other policies
• Manages multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, including simultaneously managing email, interdepartmental chat, and face-to-face communication
• Prepares orders for pickup by picking from the distribution center, packing, confirming accuracy, and scanning into lockers
• Drives cargo van to transport items between facilities
• Maintains the appearance of the Pickup Center by keeping a clean and orderly workspace and assisting with the upkeep
• Audits orders and lockers
• Provides tours to customers, vendors, and other partners to share our operation, DIY video filming, project cars, and more

Qualifications:

• One year of previous retail and/or parts counter experience
• Prior experience working as part of a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Beginner to intermediate experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Automotive education or automotive enthusiasts preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license

Compensation:

• $19.00-$22.00 depending on experience.
• Quarterly bonus opportunity of up to $750
