Here at Austin-Weston, we’re hiring a full-time Patient Consultant. The right candidate will be proficient in the following areas:

Specific responsibilities include:

• Meeting and building a relationship with patients during their initial consultation with the surgeon, providing a quote for procedures, following up with patient and answering all questions regarding surgery
  
  
• Guiding and supporting patients through the surgery scheduling process, scheduling the pre-op appointment and surgery appointments, collecting monies due, ensuring all surgery requirements are met and seamless
  
  
• Ability to multitask, keep accurate records and successfully complete assignments
  
  
• Ability to demonstrate assertiveness, show initiative and assume responsibility
  
  
• Ability to effectively use a computer, proficient in MS Office, and adapt to practice electronic record software
  
  
• Ability to be professional, confidential, effective and a clear communicator
  
  
• Reviewing and explaining protocols for surgery, consents, medications, support etc.
  
  
• Advocating and promoting cosmetic surgery out in the community
