Position Overview

Vibrant Wellness is seeking a Partnership Manager to drive and expand our influencer, affiliate, and key opinion leader (KOL) programs. This role will be responsible for managing and executing partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and key industry professionals, ensuring impactful collaborations that enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic relationship builder with experience in influencer marketing, affiliate program management, and strategic partnerships. They should be highly organized, skilled in contract negotiation, reporting, and performance analysis, and comfortable traveling to industry events to foster relationships and support field marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Affiliate Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, and KOLs to promote Vibrant Wellness products and services.
• Develop strategic partnership initiatives that generate brand awareness and demand among healthcare providers and patients.
• Oversee influencer and affiliate campaigns, ensuring they align with brand messaging, compliance, and KPIs.
• Monitor and optimize affiliate performance, leveraging insights to drive campaign effectiveness.

Campaign & Content Briefing

• Create detailed content briefs for each deliverable, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with marketing goals.
• Collaborate with influencers and affiliates to develop engaging content strategies across social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
• Provide creative direction and approval for partnership content, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

Contract & Partnership Execution

• Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts with influencers, affiliates, and key partners.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies related to paid partnerships and collaborations.
• Maintain detailed records of partnership agreements, deliverables, and performance metrics.

Reporting & Performance Metrics

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Create regular reports with data-driven insights and recommendations for optimizing partnership strategies.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor influencer and affiliate impact on sales and brand visibility.

Event & Travel Management

• Arrange travel logistics for in-person meetings with partners and industry events.
• Represent Vibrant Wellness at major industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Support field marketing initiatives by coordinating partner involvement in live activations, panel discussions, and brand showcases.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate program management, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, and industry leaders.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and influencer engagement strategies.
• Experience drafting contracts, managing deliverables, and ensuring compliance with partnership agreements.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track, report, and optimize performance metrics.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with frequent travel to meet partners and attend industry events.
