Oracle Integration Developer (Remote) 

Job Summary:

Next Generation, Inc, an Equal-Opportunity Employer, is seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Integration Developer with expertise in Fast Formulas to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle integration technologies, particularly Oracle Fusion Middleware, and extensive experience in developing and customizing Fast Formulas for Oracle ERP and HCM applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Oracle integration solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware, including Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Design, develop and customize Fast Formulas for various Oracle applications, such as Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Payroll, Oracle Financials, etc to meet business requirements.
• Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Middleware components to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of integration solutions.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing of developed solutions to ensure quality and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks in integration solutions
• Document technical specifications, design documents, test plans and user guides for developed solutions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, project managers, and system administrators, to deliver integrated and cohesive solutions that meet business needs

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oralce integration development, with a focus on Oracle Fusion Middleware
• Extensive experience in developing and customizing Fast Formulas for Oracle applications, such as Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Payroll or Oracle Financials
• Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware components, including Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, and Oracle Integration Cloud
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL programming langugage and SQL query optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and design efficient integration solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Oracle certifications, (eg Oracle Certified Expert, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud Service) are a plus
• Experience with Oracle Cloud applications and technologies is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $106,100.98 - $127,777.53 per year
