Required Skills & Experience
5+ years Oracle Database Administration experience with administering and supporting multiple Oracle databases on Windows/UNIX/Linux platform
Strong familiarity with implementation of Oracle in the AZURE cloud and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Experience with Oracle tools/products: DataGuard, ASM, RAC, AWR, GoldenGate, and OEM
Experience in managing and tuning OLTP / DW databases
Experience in SQL / PLSQL development and tuning
3 years of experience with conducting performance tuning, backup/recovery, and scalability/capacity planning, in addition to SQL, PL/SQL, and UNIX shell scripting
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
2 - 3 year experience in AZURE RDS is highly preferred
Familiarity with FISMA HIGH, FedRAMP HIGH, and/or Zero Trust Architecture is strongly preferred.

Insight Global is looking for an experienced Oracle database administrator for a leading large financial services company to help migrate and support multiple very large Oracle databases from on-premises to Azure Cloud. In this role, you will also be responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance all Oracle databases running on Linux platform.
