Onsite Care Solutions is hiring a dedicated Full-Time, Direct Hire Occupational Health Staff Member (e.g., EMT, Paramedic, LPN, or RN) to staff and operate our on-site clinic during a large-scale construction project in Clifton, Texas.

This is a stable, W-2 Direct Hire position with Onsite Care Solutions. We are looking for a specialist ready to join a team and maximize their income through this secure assignment.

  • 1. 📅 Long-Term Day Shift & Overtime Structure Shift: This is a Day Shift assignment, providing consistent work periods.

  • Current Schedule: You will work a predictable 10-hour day shift, Monday through Friday. (50 hours guaranteed, with 10 hours paid at the overtime rate).
  • Future Overtime Opportunity: The client is strongly considering adding Saturday shifts and occasional Sunday work as the project ramps up. We expect the hired staff member to work these potential weekend shifts, which will ensure substantial, recurring overtime pay and significantly boost annual income.
  • Extension Opportunity: There is a strong possibility the client will extend the project timeline beyond late 2026. While the exact duration (whether shorter or longer) is currently undefined, the opportunity for extended employment is available.

  • Critical Function: Serving as the autonomous on-site specialist, you provide immediate emergency first response and comprehensive first aid to all site personnel. The central focus of your daily clinical responsibilities is the hands-on management of on-the-job injuries (including related health education and preventative guidance) with an emphasis on supporting the skilled trades team. This role also requires maintaining the clinic daily, accurate charting in the EMR, generating daily reports for lead safety, managing clinic inventory, and professional collaboration with others in accordance with company policies. (This is an overview of responsibilities and not an exhaustive list of duties).

  • Must-Have Qualifications: Active, in-good-standing Texas License (or Equivalent Compact).
  • Current AHA CPR/BLS certification.
  • Proven expertise in field emergency response, first aid, and trauma care.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • The Ideal Candidate Also Has: A minimum of 1-2 years ER, Urgent Care, Triage, EMS, or prior occupational health experience.
  • Experience in Occupational Health or industrial/large-scale construction settings.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and the Workers’ Compensation process.

  • It’s a Plus If You Have: Instructor certification for First Aid, CPR, and AED training.
  • An active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 for construction card.
