Kelly Government Solutions is seeking skilled Registered Nurses (Geriatric) and Licensed Practical Nurses to provide care to veterans in the VA Palo Alto Health Care System’s Community Living Center in Menlo Park, CA. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on nursing care in a long-term/rehabilitation community setting
• Support residents’ medical, physical, and emotional needs
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and VA standards
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and training
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

Registered Nurses (Geriatric)

• Unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state or territory), with no disciplinary actions
• Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, Diploma)
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent RN experience
• Demonstrated geriatric, long-term care, or skilled nursing experience REQUIRED
• Current BLS certification
• Compliance with VA immunization, TB, and federal background check requirements
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Licensed Practical Nurses:

• Unrestricted LPN/LVN license, with no disciplinary actions
• Graduate of accredited LPN program
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent LPN experience
• Long-term, rehabilitation, or geriatric care preferred but not strictly required
• Current BLS certification
• Compliance with VA immunization, TB, and federal background check requirements
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Additional Information

• Schedule is based on 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, 7 days/week, with assignments provided in advance
• No scheduled overtime or holiday premiums
• All equipment and supplies provided by VA
• Must successfully pass VA onboarding, compliance, and credentialing
• Must complete annual VA-required online training

Compensation

Registered Nurse: $66–$73/hr + $5.55/hr (H&W)

Licensed Practical Nurse: $36–$43/hr + $5.55/hr (H&W)
