Medical Records Supervisor
Under the direction of the VP of Clinical Operations, the Medical Records Supervisor oversees the security, accuracy, and confidentiality of patient health records in compliance with internal policies and AHIMA guidelines.
Responsibilities include supervising medical records staff, supporting clinical teams with data access, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state laws, managing record retention and releases, and contributing to system design and audits.
