Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the Go-To Fixer: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, HVAC, electrical systems, and more.
  • Keep Everything Running Smoothly: Perform preventive maintenance, clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, and mechanical systems.
  • Improve & Innovate: Evaluate current maintenance operations and suggest upgrades or cost-saving solutions.
  • Hands-On Work: Install, replace, and repair building components like ceiling tiles, floors, doors, and piping.
  • Stay Ready for Action: Respond promptly to emergency calls and customer service requests.
  • Safety First: Maintain fire and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
