PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our extrusion client to source and hire a MAINTENANCE MANAGER to join their team in Allentown, PA.

THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!

As a high-performing Maintenance Manager, you will lead our maintenance team and drive equipment reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is essential in ensuring operational efficiency, minimizing downtime, and fostering a proactive maintenance culture.

Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing maintenance team while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues , including PLCs and automation systems.
• Utilize CMMS software to track maintenance activities, manage inventory, and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to enhance processes and reduce costs.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and maintenance budgets effectively.

Maintenance Manager Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in maintenance management within manufacturing.
• Strong technical expertise in industrial equipment, PLCs, and automation .
• Experience with CMMS implementation and data-driven maintenance strategies .
• Ability to lead teams, drive results, and improve equipment reliability .
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
