As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat interactions. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play an important role in ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat interactions
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Strive to meet and exceed set performance targets
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficient in computer and typing skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
