We need a data-focused, detail-obsessed Email Marketing & Data Coordinator who can help analyze and refine our email marketing efforts from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience who loves the technical side of email marketing— tracking, reporting data, and building spreadsheets to analyze results, but is also willing to assist with all areas of Email/SMS marketing. This role will work in-person out of our Lehi, UT office, with one day per week from home.

• Monitor and analyze email performance metrics (deliverability, open rates, CTRs, conversions) and provide data-driven insights.
• Optimize email performance by diving into deliverability, bounce rates, open rates, and conversion metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing (subject lines, send times, content variations) and report on key findings.
• Analyze data across multiple campaigns to find insights that improve performance.
• Ensure email compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other regulations.
• Support webinar and event marketing efforts, including list management, audience segmentation, and post-event follow-up automation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with email templates, link tracking, and integrations.
• Build mobile and desktop versions of all emails.
• Create optimized emails from pre-designed templates.

• 1-2 years of experience in email marketing with a focus on data, automation, and analytics (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and content optimization.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting email formatting issues.
• Experience with audience segmentation and list management in a CRM or marketing automation platform.
• A/B testing experience and a strong understanding of performance optimization.
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset—you spot patterns and inconsistencies in data before anyone else does.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

• Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
• Experience working in Asana
• Familiarity with CRM
• High-level of enthusiasm and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
