Based in Nashville, we’re on a mission to redefine overlanding and outdoor adventure by offering durable, stylish, and functional truck caps designed for enthusiasts and explorers. We’re looking for a passionate and driven General Manager to join our U.S. operations, help to build our brand, and drive our growth in the overlanding community.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager with a strong background in the overlanding industry to spearhead the establishment in the U.S. market. This role is a unique opportunity to build a brand from the ground up, leveraging your industry expertise to create a network of fitment centers, develop reseller partnerships, and promote our products at key events. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales, marketing, and brand-building within the overlanding, automotive, or outdoor recreation sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Establishment: Develop and execute a strategy to establish the brand as a trusted name in the U.S. overlanding and truck accessory market.
  • Network Development: Identify, recruit, and manage a nationwide network of fitment centers and resellers to distribute and install the products.
  • Marketing & Events: Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including representing the brand at overlanding expos, trade shows, and industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth by setting targets, developing pricing strategies, and building relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Operations Oversight: Manage inventory, logistics, and distribution from our Nashville base, ensuring seamless delivery of products to customers and partners.
  • Team Building: Recruit and lead a small, high-performing team to support the companie’s growth objectives.
  • Industry Engagement: Stay connected to trends in the overlanding and truck accessory markets, adapting strategies to meet customer needs and capitalize on opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the overlanding, automotive aftermarket, or outdoor recreation industries, with a focus on sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Proven success in building a brand or launching a product in a competitive market.
  • Strong network of contacts within the overlanding community (e.g., fitment centers, resellers, event organizers) is a major plus.
  • Experience managing partnerships and developing distribution channels.
  • Hands-on marketing skills, including event planning, social media strategy, and brand promotion.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for events, partner meetings, and industry networking.
  • Passion for overlanding, outdoor adventure, or truck culture is highly desirable.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN.
