Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Florist and Flower Shop Assistant Manager at Cheerful Dragonfly LLC, located in Mantua NJ. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, create floral arrangements, provide excellent customer service, and manage shop decorations. Responsibilities include managing inventory, assisting with staff training, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the shop maintains high presentation standards. Additional duties include coordinating events, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
