As a
Facilities Maintenance Technician III, you’ll handle essential preventative maintenance and repair tasks for building plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including HVAC and refrigeration. Your work will contribute to the safety and efficiency of facilities while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities - Perform repairs and maintenance on various building systems and amenities
- Conduct HVAC maintenance, including filter changes and coil cleaning
- Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA, PPE requirements, and site-specific guidelines
- Use a computer-based CMMS system to log work orders, hours, and maintenance records
- Available for emergency on-call coverage as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with service personnel, inspectors, and vendors as required
Requirements - Experience: Minimum of 6 years in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC maintenance, with a focus on plumbing and carpentry
- Skills: Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
- Attitude: Adaptable, self-disciplined, and positive team player
- Preferred Skills: Professional painting and commercial carpentry experience are a plus
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required;
certification in a skilled trade or system required .

Working Conditions - Full-time (40 hours per week) with occasional overtime
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 75 pounds regularly
- Must be able to work in varied environments, including exposure to weather, mechanical, electrical, and noise hazards
Additional Requirements - Background Checks & Drug Screening: Must pass Keystone Management and Federal Aviation Administration background checks as well as drug screening
- Clearance: Must successfully complete the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport SIDA badge and drivers test (up to two attempts)
- Driver’s License: Valid license and a clean driving history

Location: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Arlington, VA
Shift :2nd Shift Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm.
