Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the brand with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism at events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
• Engage with event attendees to create memorable brand experiences and foster long-term loyalty.
• Communicate brand messaging and product details clearly and effectively to potential customers.
• Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s products and services, addressing questions and inquiries.
• Assist in the setup and design of visually appealing event displays that align with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative event activations and marketing strategies.
• Contribute to product and service sales, identifying opportunities for upselling where appropriate.
• Collect customer feedback to support ongoing marketing efforts and product improvements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a background in marketing is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with people across different demographics.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate the brand’s narrative confidently.
• Enthusiastic, personable, and confident with a passion for customer interaction.
• Ability to adapt and maintain composure in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with market trends and the industry landscape is a plus.
