Overview:

As our Email Design & Graphic Specialist , you will play a key role in shaping the content demonstrated across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include designing high-quality graphics for the website, homepage banners, and email marketing campaigns while ensuring the site remains visually appealing, well-organized, and easy to navigate. You will be in charge of updating collections, sale pages, and homepage visuals to align with new product launches (every two weeks) and promotional campaigns.Your goal is to create a seamless and engaging shopping experience that reflects the brand’s aesthetic and drives conversions. In this role, you will be expected to maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, optimize website performance, and collaborate with the marketing team to execute eye-catching visuals that enhance customer engagement. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end email strategy and design for both informational promotional newsletters.
  • Design high-quality visuals for website assets, including banners, promotional graphics, and landing pages.
  • Create on-brand graphics for email campaigns, social media, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all website and marketing materials.
  • Optimize images and design elements for web performance and fast loading speeds.
  • Design visually engaging email templates and promotional newsletters.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to ensure email campaigns align with ongoing promotions and brand aesthetics.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to support digital campaigns with relevant creative assets.
  • Ensure all website updates and design projects are completed on schedule.
  • Present design ideas and website improvements to management for approval.
  • Regularly update homepage banners, product collections, and sale pages to align with new drops and promotions.
  • Create and organize new website collections for upcoming product launches.
  • Ensure website layout and navigation are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
  • Monitor website for errors, broken links, or outdated content and make necessary corrections.

Role Requirements:

  • Very deep understanding of Klaviyo on both technical and design aspects.
  • Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, layout design, and typography to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
  • Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for designing high-quality visuals.
  • Proficiency in Shopify for website updates and collection management.
  • Experience designing assets for e-commerce promotions, product launches, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to align creative designs with Easy Clothes’ brand identity and customer expectations.
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing, social media, and e-commerce teams to align branding efforts.
  • On-site 4 days a week + 1 day remote (Monday - Friday, Core Business Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM).
  • Ability to commute to the new HQ 4 days a week (City of Commerce).
  • Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, layout design, and typography to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
