Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of church programs, services, and facilities
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring responsible stewardship of church resources
• Improve systems, processes, and workflows to increase efficiency and impact
• Coordinate with ministry leaders to support events, outreach, and strategic goals
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and HR regulations
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts for services and supplies
• Support fundraising efforts and community engagement initiatives
