Rove is seeking a vibrant, hungry, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join our growing digital marketing team in California. The Digital Marketing Manager will work on a full-time, exempt, W-2 basis, typically with light to no travel required, with a flexible hybrid schedule of at least 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing Rove's digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function, hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising, social media, display campaigns and e-commerce.
The Digital Marketing Manager is expected to work up to 40+ hours a week and will be eligible for medical, dental and vision benefits (following a waiting period), along with voluntary life insurance, and pet insurance. Compensation: Salary Range from $75,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience.
