We’re partnering with a rapidly growing and highly respected consultancy that is looking to bring on a Technical Lead Developer with strong experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle HCM . This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled developer who’s ready to step into a key technical leadership position and make a major impact within a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

Lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance Oracle HCM solutions
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to developers on the team
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and quality standards in all deliverables
Contribute to architecture decisions and project planning

What We’re Looking For

Strong, hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Solid full suite knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and their ecosystem
Proven background in technical development and solution design
Ability to lead, mentor, and support junior and mid-level developers
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-moving environment
