Our client in the apparel space is hiring a CRO Manager in LA!

Position Overview:

This role is responsible for optimizing all digital customer touchpoints to increase conversions, drive revenue, and enhance the user experience across our client's Shopify websites, Amazon pages, landing pages, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Conversion Strategy

• Develop and execute a robust CRO strategy to maximize conversions across all the holding's brands
• Analyze customer journeys to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement across desktop, mobile, and tablet experiences.
• Align CRO initiatives with broader e-commerce goals, focusing on KPIs such as CVR, AOV, and customer retention.

Landing Page Design & Development:

• Oversee the design, development, and optimization of high-performing landing pages for all brands.
• Lead a team of landing page designers and developers to execute strategies and deliver visually compelling, conversion-focused pages.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement CRO best practices and ensure technical efficiency.

Optimization & Testing:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of A/B and multivariate testing to improve website and landing page performance.
• Lead the optimization of website elements, including layouts, images, text, and calls-to-action, and offer placements to enhance conversion rates.
• Prioritize testing opportunities with the highest potential ROI, creating a CRO roadmap aligned with strategic goals.

Data-Driven Insights:

• Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Heatmaps to monitor user behavior and performance metrics.
• Create detailed dashboards and reports to communicate testing outcomes and optimization progress to stakeholders.
• Leverage data insights to propose and implement high-impact changes to web pages, landing pages, and campaigns.

Collaboration & Leadership:

• Build and lead a high-performing CRO team, including specialists in design, copywriting, data analytics, and development.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive strategies across all channels.
• Work with Amazon and other platform teams to align optimization efforts for product listings and brand pages.

Website & Page Management:

• Oversee all Shopify website optimization efforts, ensuring seamless navigation, mobile responsiveness, and fast load times.
• Manage and optimize product pages, landing pages, and offers on Amazon and other platforms to drive sales.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, or e-commerce optimization, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable e-commerce growth through CRO strategies.

Skills:

• Expertise in tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, Klaviyo, Shopify, Hotjar, and similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Proven experience in leading landing page design and development teams, including a technical understanding of tools and platforms.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, web development processes, and SEO best practices
