Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strategy and Creative Review Process Manager to join our Card and Connected Commerce Marketing team. As the Strategy and Creative review Process Manager you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our Customer Engagement marketing strategy and creative review process, from managing intake submissions to facilitating approval meetings and communicating key next steps. As the ideal candidate you will have a strong background in marketing operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Job Responsibilities

Manage Intake Submissions:

  • Oversee the submission process for strategy and creative materials, ensuring all necessary information is provided and submissions are complete.
  • Maintain an organized system for tracking and prioritizing submissions, ensuring timely review and feedback.

Facilitate and Review Materials:

  • Conduct initial reviews of submitted materials to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and creative guidelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set agendas for review meetings, focusing on key discussion points and decision-making criteria.

Facilitate Approval Meetings:

  • Coordinate and manage approval meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are present and prepared.
  • Lead discussions to facilitate constructive feedback and decision-making, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.

Communicate Key Next Steps:

  • Document and communicate outcomes of approval meetings, including decisions made and action items.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed of next steps and timelines, providing clarity and direction throughout the process.

Collaborate Across Teams:

  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and strategy teams to ensure alignment and integration of efforts.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and idea sharing.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the strategy and creative review process.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing operations, project management, campaign development or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
