CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Cincinnati, OH | On-Site

A well-established and growing general contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for ground-up and major renovation projects across the Cincinnati market. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality, safety, and schedule execution.

THE ROLE

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project close-out
• Manage subcontractors, self-perform crews, inspections, and daily site logistics
• Drive project schedules and coordinate closely with the Project Manager
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
• Conduct daily meetings, site walks, and quality control inspections
• Interface with owners, inspectors, and design teams as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor
• Experience delivering ground-up and large renovation projects ($10M–$50M+)
• Strong knowledge of means and methods across all trades
• Proven ability to manage schedules, manpower, and subcontractor performance
• Strong safety mindset with OSHA knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
