Job Description

Telecom Construction Manager – Los Angeles Area (Remote)

Are you eager to contribute to cutting-edge telecom infrastructure projects? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your expertise helps shape wireless communication sites? We’re looking for a Construction Manager to oversee the design, planning, and execution of telecom installations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for cost estimation, resource management, budget oversight, and ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations. You’ll work closely with internal teams, property owners, vendors, and clients both remotely and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project cost estimates, covering labor, travel, equipment, and software.
  • Oversee project execution, including resource allocation, budget management, and status reporting.
  • Assess property and client requirements, ensuring project designs align with specifications.
  • Conduct site visits, feasibility assessments, preconstruction meetings, and final inspections.
  • Coordinate equipment configurations and ensure installations meet industry standards.
  • Travel domestically as needed to support project execution.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to ensure project success.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in construction or project management within the telecom infrastructure sector.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proven experience in leading projects from inception to completion.
  • Deep understanding of construction methodologies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be fluent in English ; Spanish proficiency is required to support our Latin American Engineering team.
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. up to 75% .
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility under the company’s insurance policy.
  • Willingness to obtain a Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification , if necessary.
