Job Description

The Construction Manager is responsible for all tasks relating to the construction of new and remodeled restaurants, from initial planning stages to design, construction and ultimately turnover of the restaurant to Operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of construction experience as a Construction Manager in the retail industry.
• Restaurant construction experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills required with the ability to successfully interact with internal partners, architects, contractors, permitting jurisdictions and third-party vendors.
• Must be a self-starter with an attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Must be able to work autonomously.
• Experience using Procore Software
• Availability to travel up to 30 – 50% of the time, as needed.
