Community Outpatient Pharmacist - Glenwood Springs, CO
Salary Plus Benefits: Base Salary - USD $123,000 to $184,000
US Citizenship required - No Visas
-Staff in the outpatient pharmacy and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams both inside and outside the hospital to fulfill hospital discharge orders while balancing the needs of our community patients that we serve
-Staff rotating Medication Reconciliation Pharmacist shifts with our other outpatient pharmacy staff pharmacists
-Be adaptable and ready to collaborate with your pharmacy team (inpatient and outpatient) and all area healthcare providers
Hours for Retail Pharmacy:
Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm
Saturday 8am-4pm
Closed Sundays
Rotating Holidays and Saturdays
Loan Repayment:
We are a qualifying employer for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program!
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS or PharmD Pharmacy degree.
Current license to practice pharmacy in the state of Colorado or must obtain within 60 days of hire
Immunization Certified with active BLS card
